NPGLOBAL stands behind every Electric Drum Pump we ship. This Limited Lifetime Warranty protects the original purchaser against defects in factory workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original installation, when the product is used as intended and according to the instruction manual. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to units purchased new from NPGLOBAL or an authorized dealer.

What’s Covered

  • Defects in factory workmanship and materials — manufacturing flaws found during normal use of the product.
  • Authorized purchase only — your pump must have been bought new from NPGLOBAL or one of our authorized sellers (such as our Amazon storefront).
  • Original purchaser only — the warranty applies to the original unit as purchased. Transfer to another owner voids coverage.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use over time.
  • Improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or overloading the unit beyond its rated capacity.
  • Modifications or attachment of non-NPGLOBAL hardware — including aftermarket fittings, third-party parts, or any custom alteration of the unit.
  • Corrosion or environmental damage — including damage from freezing, salt air, harsh chemicals, prolonged sun exposure, or other environmental conditions.
  • The finish of any product — cosmetic items such as fading, discoloration, or scratches on the housing, hose, or accessories.

You must activate your warranty by completing the Warranty Activation Form on our website. Activation requires basic contact details and your order number from Amazon (or another authorized seller). The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at hello@proshopglobal.com or +1 (888) 421-3737 with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Send photos if we ask — usually a clear shot of the defect and the affected part.
  3. Receive resolution. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective component at no cost. Reasonable shipping may apply for very large items, but in most cases we cover it.

Limitations

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the original purchaser. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NPGLOBAL disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. NPGLOBAL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a product defect or use of the product, including water damage to surrounding property, loss of use, or loss of profits.

State Law Notice

Some U.S. states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
